HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


30-Day Return Policy

You can return products purchased through www.healthomse.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund of your purchase. Products that are purchased through www.healthomse.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, when they are unopened. 

To initiate a return, please email us at support@healthomse.com and include the following information:

Your name, address and phone number

Your purchase order number and product serial number (if applicable)

Your reason for returning

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping on all refund returns.Customers can choose between shipping back items on their own using the carrier of their choosing, or healthomse can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost of this from the refund. Items missing any parts or accessories, with blemishes from use, or not returned in their complete original packaging will not be refunded (or will be subject to restocking and/or replacement fees). Items that have been modified will not be refunded. Returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach the return address. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned items (normally within 5 business days of receipt). Refunds do not include any shipping costs.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Some details and processes to know before returning:
1. Before returning the package, please contact customer service support@healthomse.com to explain the item you want to return and the reason. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Thank you very much for your patience.
2. After receiving our return instruction, please package the items in the original packaging.
3. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the package. We will issue the refund to your original account. a confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is sent. If not, please contact us, we will help you check.

The following are the specific refund conditions:

all returns must be in new, unused condition and have original packaging intact with all materials that come with the item.

• all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date.

• when shipping your item back, please use UPS, FEDEX or US Mail with Confirmation. Turntable Lab is not responsible for lost packages.

• unless you are returning a defective item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

• international customers making returns, including defective items, are responsible for all shipping costs.

• only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement.

• failure to meet the above conditions could result in denial of return or a restocking fee.

Returns made without receipt may be refused. Healthomse reserves the right to deny any return.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
If the items that you receive are not what you ordered please contact us ASAP, If they are damaged or defective, again please contact us and we will review your request. (Sending images is very helpful for our team)

Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team (Contact Us Page) to start the return process. Please include the following information:
1.Order number
2.Proof of purchase
3.Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
4.Complete delivery address
5.Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
